Den er simpelthen s\u00e5 l\u00e6kker og kan kun anbefales herfra. Bunden best\u00e5r af en svampet banankage med chokoladestykker.  Det f\u00f8rste lag best\u00e5r af en sk\u00f8n chokolademousse og til sidst toppet med karamel-cremeux &#8211; denne kan ogs\u00e5 undlades, men det g\u00f8r nu kagen rigtig fin og smager super godt! Kagen passer til 8-10 personer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Redskaber; en rund springform (16 cm i diameter), en rund silikoneform (18 cm i diameter) og en spiralformet silikoneform (14 cm i diameter). Alle  silikoneforme kan bl.a. k\u00f8bes <a href=\"https:\/\/kforkage.dk\/search?search=silikonrforme&amp;type=OR&amp;searchresults=0\">HER.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Banankage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>2 mindre bananer (eller 1 stor banan) <br>125 g sukker <br>2 \u00e6g, str. S\/M <br>1,5 tsk vaniljepulver <br>1,5 tsk bagepulver <br>50 g smeltet sm\u00f8r <br>145 g hvedemel <br>1 dl k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk <br>50 g hakket lys\/m\u00f8rk chokolade <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c6g, sukker og vaniljesukker piskes til en luftig masse. Mos bananer og vend det i blandingen. K\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk tils\u00e6ttes. Mel og bagepulver sigtes i. Tils\u00e6t smeltet sm\u00f8r. R\u00f8r det hele godt sammen og vend til sidst chokoladestykker i. <br>Kom det hele i en rund springform (16 cm i diameter) og bag kagen ved 185 grader varmluft i ca. 30 minutter til den er gylden. Lad den k\u00f8le af og sk\u00e6r den fri fra springformen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chokolademousse<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>3 blade husblas <br>200 g m\u00e6lkechokolade, hakket <br>4 dl piskefl\u00f8de  <br>2 \u00e6ggeblommer <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udbl\u00f8d husblassen i koldt vand. Smelt chokoladen over vandbad, r\u00f8r j\u00e6vnligt s\u00e5 chokoladen ikke bliver for varm. R\u00f8r \u00e6ggeblommerne i. Kom 1,5 dl piskefl\u00f8de i en lille gryde og varm op til kogepunktet. Vrid husblassen for vand og r\u00f8r det i den varme fl\u00f8de. H\u00e6ld fl\u00f8de-husblas i en tynd str\u00e5le i den smeltede chokolade. <br>R\u00f8r midt i chokoladen, s\u00e5 massen samler sig. Lad det k\u00f8le lidt af. <br>Pisk resterende 2,5 dl piskefl\u00f8de til let skum. Vend chokoladeblandingen med den pisket fl\u00f8de af flere omgange. <br>Kom moussen i en rund silikoneform (18 cm i diameter) og pres forsigtigt banankagen oveni, s\u00e5 siderne bliver d\u00e6kket. S\u00e6ttes i fryseren min 5 timer eller natten over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Karamelchokolade-cremeux<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 blad husblas <br>120 g karamelchokolade, hakket\/knapper, gerne Callebaut Gold<br>15 g sukker <br>2 \u00e6ggeblommer <br>80 ml piskefl\u00f8de <br>80 ml s\u00f8dm\u00e6lk <br>1 knivspids salt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udbl\u00f8d husblassen i koldt vand. Pisk sukker og \u00e6ggeblommer sammen. Fl\u00f8de og m\u00e6lk varmes op til kogepunktet. Pisk fl\u00f8de-m\u00e6lk i sukker-\u00e6ggeblomme massen. H\u00e6ld det hele tilbage i gryden og varm det op til 83 grader, under konstant omr\u00f8ring. Sigt cremen. Vrid husblassen for vand og r\u00f8r den i.\u00a0 <br>Kom chokoladen i en sk\u00e5l og h\u00e6ld cremen herover. R\u00f8r i midten af chokoladen til det samler sig og bliver ensartet. Kom salt i og stavblend (helst uden for mange luftbobler, det giver et p\u00e6nere resultat).\u00a0Kom det hele i en silikone spiralform (14 cm i diameter). Lad den s\u00e6tte sig i fryseren natten over.<br><br>Kagen tages ud af fryseren og placeres p\u00e5 et fad. Den spiralformet karamelchokolade placeres midt p\u00e5 kagen.
